You have the absolute right to return or exchange any supplement within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return criteria.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Due to the health and safety regulations governing nutritional products, returned supplements must meet the following rules:

• The tub or container must be unopened, sealed, and undamaged in its original outer wrapping.
• All barcodes, verification labels, and batch numbers must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must accompany the return.

3. Returns Inspection Process

Every returned batch undergoes a rigorous quality check and verification process by our specialists in Cairo to verify that the seal has not been tampered with and that the product is authentic before a refund is issued.

4. Refunds Execution Timeline

Once a return is successfully verified and approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via Instapay, bank transfer, or store credit voucher codes.
